RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returning an item with us is very easy.

Return Conditions +
- EU countries (except Spain and Portugal): Returns must be managed by the customer using the carrier of their choice. All products must be sent directly to our warehouse in Spain.
- United Kingdom: We provide a return label. Due to customs procedures, an administrative fee of €20 applies.
- Rest of the world: Returns must be managed by the customer, and an administrative fee of €15 applies due to customs procedures.
- Spain and Portugal:
1. Size exchange: If you need a size exchange, you can request it through our returns portal. The first exchange within the same order is free, as long as you choose the free shipping option. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. No second size exchanges are allowed. If you return an exchange, €11.97 will be deducted from your refund.
2. Gift card: You can choose to receive a gift card for the value of the returned items. With this option, the return shipping is free, and the card can be used for 1 year on our website. It's ideal if you want to exchange your items for others without paying return shipping fees or to gift it to someone special.
3. Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will return the amount using the same payment method used in your purchase. If you use our return label, a fee of €5.99 will apply.
Before processing the return, keep in mind +
- If your order included a 2x1 offer or a gift, you must return all items from the pack without exception.

Condition matters: All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging; including accessories or gifts.

Protect your package and use appropriate packaging. The return label should not be attached directly to the original product packaging to avoid depreciation. A €5 fee will be deducted for the box and €3 for any other damaged or missing accessory.

Hygiene restrictions: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for bikini bottoms, swimsuits, piercings or earrings.

Print and attach the return slip: You will receive this document by email after confirming the return on our portal. It must be included in the package to correctly register your return.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds +
- Processing time
All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving and validating the return.
- Refund to the original payment method
All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will appear according to the processing times of the bank or provider, with an approximate maximum of 7 to 10 business days from approval. Mixed payment: If more than one method was used (e.g., part with a Gift Card and part with a bank card), the Gift Card balance will be restored and you can spend it again: the refund will be applied in the same proportions as the payment was made.
- Refund via Gift Card
If this option is selected, a Gift Card will be generated with the corresponding amount and the code will be sent by email.
- Size exchange
If a size exchange is requested, a new order will be created and shipped once your return is received and validated by our staff. At that point, an email with the confirmation and tracking number will be sent.
